The Watchmakers
Biography
The cornerstone of The Watchmakers' psychedelic sound is in classic '60s rock n' roll Velvet Underground, 13th Floor Elevators, The Beatles, etc. alongside post-modern influences such as The Brian Jonestown Massacre, BRMC, Primal Scream and The Verve. Although their influences are transparent, they have created a distinctive identity using a variety of sounds including Indian drones, reverse guitar and modern day synthesisers.
