Bottled in England is the new black. It’s raw and it’s massive. A drumkit, a bass and some electronic sounds is all the two Danish guys need to perform their savage drum’n’bass and dubstep live. Live drum’n’bass Bottled in England is a new duo from Copenhagen, Denmark.

They play drum’n’bass and dubstep – genres normally known for computer generated sounds. That is, however, not the case with Bottled in England. Because, in addition to the charismatic frontman Daniel Vognstrup, who takes care of bass and electronics, Bottled in England also constists of the drummer, August Dyrborg, who by using his impresive skills, takes the music to a much more human level.

This makes witnessing the band live a unique and extraordinary experience, with a guarenteed party. They are one of the only bands in the world actually playing drum’n’bass LIVE, which truly makes it a rare and admirable event to witness. A Comet From Underground Bottled in England has shot up like a comet from the underground. After playing at just a few gigs, they were booked to play at Roskilde Festival

Northern Europe’s biggest festival. They’ve recieved the hype and credit that most bands can only dream about and are currently spreading like a virus all over the music blogs. Despite the fact that their gig at Roskilde Festival was only their 9th, the floor was completely packed and the critics were impressed. Furthermore Bottled in England represented Denmark at the Scandinavian showcase festival Northland Art Festival in Poland (Lodz) in October 2011. Once again Bottled in England faced a completely packed floor and achieved great media coverage in polish radio and blogs. Believe the Hype In August 2011 Bottled in England’s much anticipated debut EP ”Believe the Hype” was released on 12’’ vinyl + download. The release was followed up by a comprehensive 20-°©-concerts long tour around Denmark and Poland. In February 2012 Bottled in England will release 2 new singles made in cooperation with the Danish top producer Jakob Hansen (Volbeat, Dúné).

The singles will be given away for free download to establish more fans in foreign countries.
