Diode and Rick Holland - "Still Silver"

Time for some culture - the seamless integration of modern poetry and new music, to be more precise. "Still Silver" is the latest release from Diode and Rick Holland, following their critically and artistically acclaimed single, "Open Blue", late last year. Vocals, this time, come from Stateless front man Chris James, and the track is a grown up yet moody, bass orientated piece, with suspenseful sustained electronic textures. The video too, is a moody yet beautiful and sensuous, monochrome treatment, perfectly suited to the track, which you can watch below.
Rick Holland is known best, perhaps, for his work with Brian Eno, penning the lyrical content for last year's “Drums Between the Bells” and “Panic Of Looking”, released via Warp records.
