With praise from NME and the Independent on Sunday for their material and live shows, The Whip’s forthcoming album ‘Wired Together’ released September 19th this year on Southern Fried Records is highly anticipated.
The album sampler sees more new wave synth driven dance floor hits from the Mancunian trio. Yet, such a feat is accomplished with superior songwriting maturity over other such bands of their nature. Rather than merely churning out multiple indie dance hits, the new album presents something more, with deeper lyrical and structural exploration than previous material. ‘Wired Together’ presents The Whip as a band who are masterful at their craft, able to engage wider audiences.
