Driven by energetic drum and percussive beats, disco baselines, funky guitars, an electric piano and a punchy brass section are Different Frequencies. Rob Watson and Benjamin McCourt are a disco-funk duo who splice their disco sound with soulful pop vocals.
'Littlehampton' is the latest release (out at the end of the month) to be taken from their debut album 'Botanic Dreams'.
Rob Watson (a.k.a The Magic Fly, Wicked Devil) combines a love of electronic music with his passion for Jamaican Reggae. He's received critical acclaim from the likes of Mr Scruff, Drop The Lime, DJ Vadim and Kraak n Smaak.
Benjamin McCourt is otherwise known as Brown, an alias he recorded under spanning many genres including house, chill-out and dub. McCourt is a renowned deep house vocalist and producer with a reputation for igniting dance floors with his live DJ and vocal sets.
