Exploding onto the scene in a postmodern no-fi pop fury, engulfed in a cloud of abstruseness, founding member of DOM has little interest in revealing his true identity. Apparently bound in debt, Dom, at least for the meantime is happy to let the music do the talking whilst obscuring his true status to shadowy realms.
Undeterred by looming financial worries, Erik, Bobby K and Dom grant us their first E.P "Sun Bronzed Greek Gods". Each track writhing with imminently meaty hooks and escapist synths, they sound like what MGMT would do if they said.."let's crank this up a notch".
With a background as contrasting as Doms', from writing a porn film to self made tattoos, you can be sure their next offering will have drawn enough inspiration to be a whole new sound altogether, he even says so himself..."The new stuff is way different from anything else, like garage with surf. We invented that genre."
